It is NO WONDER California is in such bad financial shape. I am convinced that no one in Sacramento (the place they call the state’s capitol) can count.
Here’s my evidence:
Six traffic lanes on the major interstate heading north out of the second most populated county in the entire USA
This interstate funnels down to three lanes shortly after entering the most populated county in the entire USA
The road funnels down to two lanes as you get close to the second most populated city in the entire USA (and the biggest city in CA)
Doesn’t anyone in Sacramento have logic? Can’t they even count cars? It’s no wonder they can’t decide on or balance a budget!
This state worries me!

I would vote for that if you can arrange to not live in the left coast state.
Bud, it’s not much different from the left coast of the state you’ve moved to… hurricanes vs earthquakes… oh, there is that prediction thing… I hear our Sacramento budget is hanging by a “chad”
