Just before noon today I swung through the Louisville airport to pick up L. I would have loved to jump out and take a picture but I figured I might be on borrowed time anyway driving an RV through the arrivals area.
Traveled 317 miles today through the Kentucky horse farm area. We were tempted to take a detour onto the Bourbon Trail but decided to forge on so L could spent her first night in the RV arriving before dark. This was my first evening all week parking at camp before dark or late dusk. It’s a lot more fun when you can see!
We were promised that deer appear on the meadow across from our campsite at dusk. I guess they had the Saturday night off as they never showed.
